RhondaMy brother turned 23 yesterday. Considering I lost a week thanks to Gustav, I was shocked when I checked the calendar and noticed his birthday was already here, but in celebration I’m posting this picture taken at the little one’s 3rd birthday. That’s my brother sporting the latest in Clifford the Big Red Dog party hats J We’ll do our family celebration a week late, but at his age, I think he can handle it!
