- 1. Meet new people (okay only sometimes, but it’s nice).
- 2. Easier to hash out details (of upcoming events) in person.
- 3. A few hours in the company of adults who don’t want something from you (vs adults you work with/for_)
- 4. Learn something new? Most of the time yes or at least a new method to try.
- 5. Get excited about writing in general, maybe even brainstorm and idea or two J
- 6. Share commiseration with others who understand the process.
